The price and the location is of the property is excellent. All major areas of the Florence are within 10-15 minute walk range at most. Furthermore, there's a supermarket that is 2-3 minute walk away. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet in morning as well as the night. The room and the bathroom was clean and equipped with towels. The host was responsive and helpful. There's free wifi which had an adequate speed. Finally, there's an AC which was beneficial in a hot, Florence summer.
Unfortunately, the window doesn't open to the street but rather to an area in the middle of the building. Although, there's an AC, it didn't decrease the room temperature below 27.

The place is very homy and location is right next to the old town and not far from the railway station.
